Travel
Travel to and from Site is not charged.Onsite Meeting
Should an Onsite Meeting be required, a minimum1 Hour Fee will be charged if this is to be conducted at a different Time or Location to regular work.
Other Fees and Charges
Unless otherwise agreed, my minimum hours per session will be 4 hours
Work will be charged in 30 min increments, which will be Invoiced after each session and is payable within 14 days from date of invoice.
A late fee of 10% may be charged per week, until the amount is paid in full. Failure to make payments may result in this contract being terminated.
If additional work is required to be done out-with normal working hours, and/or as a matter of urgency (less than 4 days notice), this will be charged at an additional $20.00 plus GST per hour.
